Butterflies at Eartham

Went to Eartham Woods in West Sussex today and found some beautiful butterflies sunning themselves...

Shadow Play

September 2009 I went hiking and mountain climbing in the beautiful Italian Dolomites mountain range, this inspired my first project in the second year of my degree which was a paper project. Stitching onto a heavyweight paper and slicing details into the mountains I played with layering and concealing symbols like a mountain goat (see if you can find him!) by moving the light from side to side distorted the shadows... lots of fun!
